OK so a little history, for those who dont know and for those that do I had another blog that I set up in late 2007 which I used to document the start of my weight loss. When I started I was the mighty weight of 201kgs, or  443lbs or 31.6 stones. no matter how your put it I was massive. I set myself a challenge to do , which was a royal command assault course, I aimed to do that when I had reached the grand weight of 100ks, or roughtly half. However a great friend of mine got my ass in gear and I did that a lot earlier at the 150 mark :)


As you can see from above on October 10th 2008 I completed the course along with my team of ladies under the monioker of "Leroy's Lovies" :D



However I still want to hit the 100 kgs ir 220lbs which 15.7 stones limit, 150 is not good enough, plus I have slipped a bit , too much celebrating lol. Anyway the last blog due to unforseen database problems bit the dust and died , poor blogie , so I have set up this new one to track my progress once again to get me down to that magical 100kgs, please feel to add encouragemen or insults if I slack :) Leroy
