Ok seriously time to nail the food and the gym too much slacking, manged to get the weight going down Finally

This week is going to be filled with creamed rice for breakfast or cereal, then a sweet potatoe and some canned currey or beans for lunch , and then a

decent dent no take out!! after gym. No point in working out if you eat up all the cals you burn off.

 

Tuesday .. Well work got in the weay pf gym, needed full nights sleep so no gym after work :(

OK due to unforseen technical problems, Had to wipe my system due to a trojan getting on.  I'm restarting my blog about my weight lost from the start again! boo I know. tis rubbish, but there it is . However I have put in procedures to ensure that it will be backed up properly this time so I dont lose it again :)

Anyway I hope you enjoy my ramberlings as I become a stud muffin .. or at least a muffin :D
